All the bachelors wishes to purpose their loved ones in a unique way so that they shell never forget such valuable memories in life. To celebrate such an occasion, thirty-four couples from all around the world of twenty-two countries simultaneously propose their new partners on Valentine's Day 14 February 2001.
All the arrangement was organized underwater 32.8 ft that is 10 meters below the water surface at Kradan Island, Southern Thailand.
The event was organized by Thai Airways International and Trang Chamber of Commerce.
only those couples holding international swimming license were allowed to participate there. couples took waterproof certificates and kiss each other and hug underwater. that was a really lovable and precious memory for all those starting new life.
